In July 2026, the Batemans Bay Seahawks will proudly celebrate a major milestone - 50 years of football, community, and tradition.

To mark the occasion, the club is hosting a huge 50 Year Celebration Weekend from Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th July, bringing together past and present players, members, families, and supporters for a weekend to remember.

Friday 3rd July - Past Players Golf Day

The celebrations kick off with a Past Players Golf Day at the Catalina Club, a great chance for former Seahawks to reconnect, share stories, and enjoy a relaxed day on the course. The day will roll straight into dinner and drinks at The Steampacket Hotel, setting the tone for what promises to be an unforgettable weekend. 

Saturday 4th July – Footy & Gala Night

Saturday is all about football and celebration. The Batemans Bay Seahawks will host Tuggeranong Valley Football Club at Monarch Park, with four matches showcasing our talent across the club and honouring the proud history of both teams.

That evening, the club will come together for the highlight of the weekend - our 50 Year Gala Ball at the Bay Pavilions. This black-tie event will celebrate the people, moments, and memories that have shaped the Seahawks over five decades. 

Sunday 5th July - Family Fun Day & Reverse Draw

The weekend wraps up back at Monarch Park with a Family Fun Day, welcoming supporters of all ages for a relaxed and fun finish to the celebrations. The day will also feature the club’s annual Reverse Draw, always a favourite on the social calendar and the perfect way to close out the milestone weekend.

This celebration is about more than just football — it’s about 50 years of community, friendships, and pride.
